  We were founded in 2016, with a production base covering 40,000m² and a laboratory spanning 2000m². We have approximately 150 employees and have served a part of the Fortune Global 500 companies worldwide. Our factory and laboratory have been visited by numerous partners, and we have enjoyed pleasant collaborations with many of them.

  How does your factory control the quality?

  We have obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and implement strict quality control processes. This includes strict screening of raw materials, real-time monitoring of production processes, comprehensive inspection before shipment, finished product inspection, and instruments and equipment inspection. We are committed to fine production processes and strict quality management, adhering to quality standards throughout the entire process to ensure that our products to meet customer satisfaction quality standards.

  What’s your MOQ?

  Different products have different Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). We will provide you with the most suitable MOQ based on the specifications of the products you wish to purchase and the quantity you require.

  What is your sample policy?

  Based on the characteristics of the products, we can provide a small number of free samples for products in stock. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. For future formal orders, we can refund your shipping fees or offer them as a discount for your next order. Samples are typically shipped via international courier with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

  Can you give me a discount?

  Our discount is that the large the quantity, the cheaper the price, so we will quote you the best price based on your order quantity. If you have any query about the prices,pls contact us, we will deal with your price questions specifically.

  How to place an order?

  Select product, tell us quantity—confirm details -we quote price —give us shipping address—make proforma invoice for you—make payment.

  How to pay?

  You can pay by L/C, T/T, BITCOIN ,WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL or BANK TRANFER, etc.

  What about the delivery time?

  For products in stock, shipments will be arranged within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. For customized products, delivery will be made according to the appointed time in the contract.

  We select packaging that aligns with the characteristics of the product. If you have any specific requirements, please submit them to us, and our packaging department will handle the packaging according to your instructions.

  Once we receive your requirements, we will respond and handle your inquiries within 24 hours.

  How to ensure the quality of products during transportation?

  A

  Our current transportation methods mainly include sea freight, air freight, and land freight. Prior to shipment, we ensure that the products are properly packaged and intact. If any damage occurs to the products during transportation due to uncontrollable factors, we will replace the goods and provide compensation to you.
